    • To qualify, participants must either be subscribed to the Hoops & Gems email list or have made a purchase within the current calendar month.

  2. Entry Period:

    • Each giveaway runs from the first to the last day of every month. Entries reset monthly.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Email subscribers automatically receive one entry per month.

    • Each purchase during the month grants one additional entry.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • One winner will be selected at random within 7 days of month-end.

    • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. If unclaimed within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

  5. Prize Details:

    • The total retail value of each monthly prize package exceeds $200 USD.

    • Prizes are selected by Hoops & Gems and may include a mix of earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings.

    • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

  6. Publicity:
